Havent had a reaction yet. My favorite place as a Celiac to get a Turkey club or Reuben.
love this place. Able to purchase full sliced Udi's bread. I stock up whenever we see one.

We eat at this location every time we're in Fayetteville. My daughter and I both have celiac disease and the employees always handle our orders well.

They tend to take really good care of you as long as you inform them beforehand, watch out for the udi's cookies though, they're stored with regular cookies
Options are great! Food is pretty good. Depending on who makes your food, there may be cross contamination. Overall, love it.

Yummy!!!!! I used to be able to buy the 2lb loaf of Udi's bread. Don't knowing they still sell it. This place is awesome.
Can get gluten free bread with any sandwich. Nice salad bar and a good amount of choices to choose from.
Love both there salads and salad bar. Also great service all the time.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
