Jason’s Deli can make any sandwich gluten free and the menu is also marked with other items that are gluten free such as soups and salads. The manager is knowledgeable in assisting with the order, and the food comes wrapped in a box with a gluten free label for extra precaution. I have Celiac Disease, and I had no issues ordering a corned beef sandwich with chips.

I had the BEST experience today at Jason’s Deli. I’m one month into my celiac diagnosis and when I asked them if I could learn more about their gluten free process just to be sure I can eat here before ordering, Jeremy (the staff member) answered every question I asked and reassured me that they take gluten-free very seriously. In fact, They mark on the kitchen ticket “CHANGE GLOVES!! GLUTEN FREE”. Also, I watched them take out a large flat container that has latches on the sides, they unlatch the container and inside is a gluten free designated work space (gf cutting board and gf knife!) that is completely sealed off to air when not in use! They made my whole sandwich in this container and the best part— not one of the employees looked annoyed or inconvenienced. They were all helpful, triple checking everything they did, and even asking me if I could have certain things they weren’t sure of! I’m glad to know this option is out there for Celiac or NCGS folks. Thank you Jason’s Deli, you guys are amazing.

Love Jason deli. There are so many options to choose from. yes there is a warning label that there can be cross contamination but that can only be expected but they do their best. The menu options makes it all worth it
We went and had lunch there today. I had a Tuna sandwich on Udi's bread and it was ok, not bad, but not amazing either. They did have a GF menu, but until I got my sandwich (which had the warning on it) did I know that they didn't really try to offer a GF setting for those with celiac disease or serious sensitivity to gluten. The sticker stated that they and their staff are not trained to handle food for Celiacs or those with sensitivities and that your food will have come in contact with other glutinous foods. Needless to say I was sadly disappointed.
Ate the BBQ potato. It was so good. They also have Udi's bread at this location.
We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
