Ordered online after looking at the gluten sensitive menu pdf on their website. I appreciated that the online ordering system had 2 "reminders" (listed with the sandwich ingredient options) to change gloves, the employee graciously reiterated and acknowledged the allergy when speaking to me, and my food arrived with a disclaimer sticker about cross-contamination, noting information from Analytical Food Laboratories.

One of my favorite places to eat in Texarkana. Always great & they have gluten free bread and food.

We have stopped here several times traveling through and they are very careful. I have never been cross contaminated at this location.

I ate here several times (GF) before taking my 8 yo celiac daughter. Really good experience. They explained that they did all GF in a separate area with clean gloves and separate items. My daughter had a plain Jane which came out in a plastic container with lid marked with a GF sticker and a CYA message which is understandable. My sandwich was wrapped in paper and chips were in bag and soup in a container with a top. I am gluten intolerant. My daughter is highly highly sensitive since she has celiac. She did not have any issues. By the way they do have a GF menu and girl at the register understand everything and didn't have a "deer in the headlights look".

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
