They openly state that they are gluten sensitive. It's fine if you are on a fad diet, but there will be cross contamination and some "gluten free" items are not actually gluten free
No
Sat back and watched them prepare the gluten free food. Saw gloved hands go from gluten to gluten free food a couple times. Skipped the meal....

This place was awesome! They really know their stuff. Their kitchen does process items containing gluten but if you have celiac let them know and they will do their best to avoid cross contamination. It was safe for me but if your super sensitive then be cautious. Overall, everyone was knowledgeable about food allergies and very kind, understanding, and welcoming. I had the California Club on GF bread (no cheese) and a side salad at the salad bar... it was delicious! I am so stuffed and happy and the price was fair. Definitely check this place out :)
The sandwiches here are tasty and good portion size. The have lots of options for building your own sandwich.
I just ate here and I had the most amazing sandwich. It was such a normal meal you didn't even think about it being gluten free. There were so many options it was so nice. To top it off they also have soft serve ice cream
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
