Menu had gluten free items marked, server knew what celiacs was both times I’ve been and they knew to check for cross contamination. They did the Buffalo cauliflower gluten free (it wasn’t listen as gluten free) after checking to make sure it wasn’t cross contaminated in the fryer. I didn’t ask as many questions as I might ask elsewhere because he seemed to know what he was talking about and seemed to care. The first time I went I called beforehand and asked my usual questions and they said they had allergy protocols in the kitchen. I don’t have noticeable reactions so the moral of the story here is that this place might be worth checking into if you’re interested! Just do your due diligence and ask the important questions first because I wouldn’t want to trust my asymptomatic experiences to be safe for symptomatic people.
