Jazz Bistro on 4th

The owner came out and talked to me. Basically everything is GF other than 2-3 items. A refreshing change of food and the ambiance is very nice. Online on their website the items are marked GF, although they don’t have it marked on in-house menu. Highly recommend!

Owner is very knowledgeable about Celiac and dietary restrictions in general. My wife got the Bistec Cubano and she let me try some and it was so good! They cook with olive oil, and use a separate station if you tell them! Definitely going back when we make it up this way again.
