I called Jazzy‘s because my friends wanted to eat there, and I was very reluctant about eating out, especially in environments I knew nothing of. I talked to the owner, Nasrin, who very politely explained her food handling processes, and who also assured me she could make certain dishes completely gluten-free, although the establishment itself was not a gluten-free establishment, being a shared kitchen with other restauranteurs. Because I am beyond celiac, I could not eat the dressing which came with the salad. The dressing contained white distilled vinegar, which is made from corn, which I am also allergic to. But everything else was marvelously delicious, and I have absolutely no reactions to the meal. I will definitely return.
