They are knowledgeable about precautions needed for Celiacs/gluten allergies. They have a few proteins and vegan options that are GF and fries are made in dedicated fryer. When I told them I had celiacs, they also took precautions like changing their gloves, etc. I got the Carne Asada fries which were great!
