I came here after seeing a staff member said they can do a lot gluten free! I didn’t see a marked menu nor did I ask but when I requested to have my poke bowl gluten free they said no problem! They had to take off one sauce and they warned me the seaweed salad may be cross contaminated so they kept it in a separate bowl. Very knowledgeable and you can’t beat the prices they have for a cape restaurant! Definitely would go again.

JDs has great burgers which you can get on gf buns. We called in an order and the girl on the phone did not know if there was a separate fryer, but did ask and the answer was no. So they have gf options but maybe not a lot of training of the front staff.

Food was really good! My husband’s regular bun looked tastier, but my gf bun was good. My husband said the fries were very good, but they are not gf.

Delicious gluten free buns! Whole list of awesome chicken, burgers and turkey burgers. Very good find will definitely be coming back

Has gluten free buns, so many types of burgers and chicken sandwich options. I had baja chicken sandwich on gf bun and it was delicious. Cape cod chips as a side. Unfortunately not a separate fryer so fries and tots are out. The sandwich was so good I would come back for sure. I have a wheat allergy so severe I can feel cross contamination on my lips almost seconds later and I was perfectly fine.
