Really impressed with this place. We sat at the bar and could see the sushi made in front of us. So we could see them bring new ingredients from the back and completely clean the prep service prior to making the GF rolls. They also accommodated making a chicken bowl and miso soup GF. The staff was all knowledgeable about how to stay safe. If they weren’t sure about something they checked and got a solid answer. Besides all of the work the avoid cross contamination, the food is really good.

When I mentioned gluten free they said they would clean a space and bleach the board. They have gluten free soy sauce (tamari). They don’t have a gluten free menu but they pointed out what was gluten free. Basically none of fried foods or imitation crab.
We went for lunch and got all you can eat. It was delicious. There are four rolls that are gluten free. Most of the nigiri was gluten free. I prefer nigiri but I did try three of the rolls.
We will definitely be back when we want a lot of great sushi.

Owner came out to talk with us and assigned an experienced sushi chef to make sure our GF needs were met. They’ll change boards, gloves, utensils, etc if you ask. Sushi was fresh and incredible! Also had tamari when requested.
