I was really impressed. Gluten free flavors are clearly marked. I told them I have celiac, and they did the following:
Took my order.
Confirmed in their book of ingredients that the flavors I chose were in fact gluten free and showed me.
Scooped the ice cream in the back where they have dedicated allergen tubs and a dedicated scoop, so no cross contamination.
The ice cream is amazing. Some of the best you’ll ever have. And a lot of flavor options!

Had a great experience at Jeni’s in Logan Square. All of the ice creams that are gluten free are marked on the ice cream case. When I told the person behind the counter that I have CD, she was very accommodating. She changed her gloves and got two new ice cream containers out of the back for me (without me even asking!). They even have a dedicated ice cream scooper! I had the rainbow BFY and the wild-berry lavender ice creams.

Came here on the e-ride app while vacationing in Carlsbad.
Super cute cosmic themed 🥰 ice cream 🍦 shop! Request a new scoop. The staff is super accommodating. All ice cream is labeled gf and or df! Lots of fun flavors to choose from.
They also have space dust - rice crisp topping that’s gf - definitely add it on!

This place is a chain that started in Ohio, it has lots of gf flavor options (even things that don’t seem like it, including gooey butter cake!) and good allergen procedures in place to avoid cross contamination. Staff knows what to do if you just tell them you have an allergy.

Most of their ice cream flavors are gluten free and they use separate scoopers to reduce cross-contamination. They don’t have gluten free cones, but the ice cream was delicious. They also have dairy free options.

this ice cream shop has flavors that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free and dairy free. They knew about allergens. They used a separate spoon, wash their hands and washed the spoon. They say that those ice creams are allergen only and they keep separate scoops for them.
if you didn’t feel safe with any potential cross contamination, they also sell ice cream by the pint that you can take home.
