I’ve been here a dozen times and have never had an issue. The flavor cards in front of the freezer show what is GF. Everyone who works there as gladly used a new scoop from a new carton they got from the back.

super safe!!! i get the ooey gooey butter cake every time because it’s so dang good. if you tell them you have an allergy they go to the back and take it from a new container with a new scoop. a lot of flavors that traditionally would have gluten they have gf!!!! love jenis.

Really great ice cream and costumer service. They have gf clearly labeled on the menu and scooped from a new container from the back with a clean scoop to prevent cross-contact.

Numerous times, a kind friend or coworker will stop by here and ask for dairy-free and gluten-free for me, and NUMEROUS TIMES the employees have sent them with the Texas Sheet Cake, which, just as it sounds, has ribbons of cake swirled in it. There are gluten-free options here, but it’s clear to me that gluten-awareness isn’t a part of their training program.

They are great. If you ask them for an “allergy scoop” they will use a different scoop and open a new container of the GF flavor that you would like to order.

Super cute cosmic themed 🥰 ice cream 🍦 shop! Request a new scoop. The staff is super accommodating. All ice cream is labeled gf and or df! Lots of fun flavors to choose from.

They also have space dust - rice crisp topping that’s gf - definitely add it on!

This place is a chain that started in Ohio, it has lots of gf flavor options (even things that don’t seem like it, including gooey butter cake!) and good allergen procedures in place to avoid cross contamination. Staff knows what to do if you just tell them you have an allergy.

this ice cream shop has flavors that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free and dairy free. They knew about allergens. They used a separate spoon, wash their hands and washed the spoon. They say that those ice creams are allergen only and they keep separate scoops for them.

if you didn’t feel safe with any potential cross contamination, they also sell ice cream by the pint that you can take home.
