Honestly was looking forward to trying this place but it was so not what I expected, everything was so dry and extremely dense, donuts and brownies were heavier than hockey pucks just really disappointed.

A lot of the items are dense and not at all the texture they should be. The pretzels are not light and fluffy, they are dense and heavy. The breads are ok but almost too moist.

I definitely felt safe eating here as it’s dedicated, but I think my expectations were too high for a vegan and gf place. just got donuts and they were okay, pretty chewy and artificial tasting. i wouldn’t go again :(

I had not had a good doughnut in 20 years. Their doughnuts are better than I remembered doughnuts being! I also recommend the cupcakes & cinnamon rolls. The food is baked with amazing care and skill. Yes, the icing is great, but the baked portion is moist & flavorful. I savored every bite. Note the store offers mail order. I sure did!

I was in the area for a drs appt with my son today, found this bakery on the FindMeGF app and stopped in. We picked out a few different cupcakes (vanilla, raspberry and cinnamon toast crunch,) a whoopie pie and a couple different donuts (cookie dough and birthday cake.) Brought everything home and had a taste of all. Everything was AWESOME…but that cinnamon toast crunch cupcake was OUT of this world. Hard to believe they are Vegan and Top 9 Allergy Free. We will definitely be back!!!

Stopped in today at the Worcester location for the first time and was not disappointed! I grabbed several items from the display case + a sausage egg bagel sandwich. I’m not vegan (only gluten free due to Celiac) but the sandwich was delicious - kudos on the tasty bagel! Staff was super friendly and the pastries absolutely delicious.

Good selection and we bought a sampling for my daughter who has celiac. - brownie - cupcake - pretzel - donut - bagel

Big fans of the pretzel, cupcake and brownie.

She got full before trying the others.

Will definitely return as the staff was friendly and reasonably priced.

I needed to update my review because CLEARLY some people don’t have any taste at all. Get the cinnamon roll, as many soft pretzels as possible, the cookie dough cupcake, cannoli, banana muffins. All of these are fire.

I had the soft pretzel and it was excellent.

Jennifer Lee's is one of only 2 bakeries I feel safe getting baked goods from. I have never gotten sick or had symptoms. Her cookie dough donut, chipwhich and biscuits and gravy are amazing. She opened the same weekend I was diagnosed and I've felt grateful to thus establishment and credit them with making my transition smoother.

Also my husband and son who are not celiac love her stuff too. A friend with a dairy allergy visited us and i got her products for dessert and he was floored they were allergen friendly.

Other reviewers fail to acknowledge that this isn’t just a gf bakery, but also free of top 10 allergens. When you make a regular bakery item, what do you put in it? Eggs? Flour? Butter? Jennifer Lee make everything without any of those. To kids with severe food allergies, this makes it possible to have a birthday cake from a bakery like any other kid. And I freaking love the chipwiches

The baked goods were rubbery and their flavor is sugar. We like looking for places to have a treat, but we bake better at home than this place. Definitely not worth it. Will not be going back.

I love the passion Jennifer puts into her bakery. I’ve found that I really have to be careful which items to choose as some are good and some leave way more to be desired. If you get any savory bread items or cinnamon buns they must be warmed up first, otherwise they are too hard to eat. I’d stick to the cupcakes for a good safe and tasty option. Nice thing is that she is very allergen friendly, not just dairy and gluten!

I love the idea of gluten free establishment and not have to worry about cross contamination but since everything is vegan too I feel like the food was not great. I ordered a cake and it was so dense. The taste of the cake was blah. I wasn’t impressed and threw the cake away.

It’s so great that everything is GF (and vegan, I believe), but some of the food is hard to eat. The brownie was drenched in oil and the cinnamon bun was hard as a rock. I love the intentions, just not the product.

Love that this is a fully gf facility, but... the brownie and bagel I had were awful. The brownie was dry and tasted terrible, and the bagel was honestly inedible. Really disappointing.

We had awesome pretzels , donuts and cupcakes delivered to our house during the pandemic! So delicious!!!

They have many options, especially for people with multiple allergies. However, we found the brownie and donuts to be really dry and have a strange aftertaste.
