Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Went in very guarded. Spoke to the manager, Steve, who showed me the individually wrapped Udi's bread. Made sure clean utensils were used and supervised my order from beginning to end. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak for me and a Club Supreme for my husband. Very good subs!! The bread was soft and had good texture! Absolutely no reaction from this Celiac! This is not a cheap sub. There is a $3.00 upcharge for gf. Although a bit pricey, I am glad to see another option for the Celiac/GF community! This will definitely be a nice treat every once in awhile.A BIG "Thank You" to Steve and his crew at Jersey Mike's, Fredericksburg!
