Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Ok so this place tried but this is not celiac safe. They are great about wiping the slicer, changing gloves, and using a separate tray and knife. The problem is with the condiments- they tried to use the same shared bin of lettuce and tomatoes. I said no thanks and will not be returning.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
