Make sure the store manager is there and NOT someone training. Otherwise this location will shut down the grill, clean it, clean the prep area and all utensils for the gluten free subs.
I've only been sick from cross contamination from this store once in 4 years. The one time was because they didn't shut down the grill and clean it.
