Decent subs and many options. I went with the whole sub bun (it’s a gluten free Udi’s brand, prepackaged) so I could have leftovers. They had a slow period and had already cleaned all surfaces, so before my family ordered I went first. They laid out clean papers and already had clean gloves on. Their slicer doesn’t touch gluten so that’s safe. I had a turkey and provolone, with all the toppings, and mayo.
