Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Excellent! They take tons of precautions knowing it is for celiacs! They clean the hot cooktop and utensils before cooking new meat and have different knifes for cutting the GF bread and lay down paper over the prep area when making cold subs. The bread can be a little much and I took a lot off but it was still great to have a Philly cheesesteak again!
