They were very good at making sure to use separate knives for my gluten free order versus regular order. They really tried to keep in mind of cross contamination.

We go here pretty regularly and if you say gluten allergy not just preference, they change everything out - gloves, utensils, cutting board. They clean down the work surface before starting. Super careful preparation. The gluten free bread isn’t bad. It gets a little soggy but mostly tastes pretty good.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
