I’m visiting from the northeast and was surprised to see a Jersey Mikes down here. JMs is always tough because of the crumbs flying everywhere but in a pinch we risk it. Can I tell you this was THE CLEANEST JM we’ve been to? Before I could even say the free in Gluten Free everyone’s gloves were flying off to be changed, the surfaces wiped down, and a protective wrapper laid down. Very impressed with the cleanliness. When I reminded them to please use a clean knife, I was told, “Absolutely, we have a whole protocol for it.” All in all impressed with knowledge and safety. I can’t give 5 hearts bc gluten crumbs are inevitable but otherwise a solid 4.

I’m so glad Jersey Mike’s started offering a gluten free option. I always loved their subs. The GF roll was good...just soft enough, and held together through meal. They are individually wrapped and only opened for an order. They do have an allergy protocol, so make sure you tell them if you are celiac. Sub was awesome! No bad symptoms! I will be a regular!
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
