Jersey Mike's is usually one of my "safe" spots when travelling because they have a dedicated area and typically trained staff. This franchise is a nightmare. DO NOT GO HERE.
They didn't use their dedicated GF slicer like they are supposed to, sliced a gluten loaf of bread over the top of my sandwich, and when I asked them to get me a new loaf of bread I had to explain three times why it was necessary and what they did wrong. I'm super sadly not going to eat the sandwich, and I wouldn't suggest anyone Celiac trusts this particular Jersey Mike's to make their food.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
