best experience!! there’s a designated gluten free station, they use fresh vegetables just for gf, change their gloves and are so understanding. the bread tastes like normal sandwhich bread and i go here like once a week and i love it.

Completely separate station to make my gf sandwich and it’s in the front, so you can also observe their good practices. Wash hands, change gloves, separate ingredients and slicer, all very well done! Highly recommend.

They have a separate station for GF sandwiches with a separate meat and cheese slicer. They also changed their gloves to make my daughter’s sandwich.

The staff was very careful to avoid any cross contamination. Basically all of their sandwiches except for the meatball and regular chicken parmesan can be made gluten free. They do have a grilled version of the chicken parmesan that can be made GF. My husband said the Classic Italian hit the spot!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
