They are awesome! They take everything very seriously: change gloves, fresh knives, clean everything down, double paper, clearly mark the GF item. If you order ahead online, it helps the process go faster so you don’t have to wait so long while they clean everything and so they can organize everyone else’s order around the GF order. If you’re Celiac, make a note that you’re Celiac so they know to be extra careful to use the condiments that aren’t contaminated (apparently, their regular mayonnaise contains gluten).
