Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Informed staff I was celiac, asked about there allergy protocols. Staff told me they can accomodate and have a seperate line for making food. I ordered my sandwich asking for gluten free bun...he relayed the order to someone else. They prepped my sandwich on a back line(I couldnt see) adding toppings from the front line to mine, they had a seperate knife and everything. Got home...was the same bread as my husbands which is not gluten free.
