Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff seemed to take my request for GF seriously and I love that the bread come sealed and they made my sandwich in the back. However that made me a little nervous because I couldn’t actually watch them prepare my stuff. I didn’t get sick so it seems like they were indeed cautious. However, the bread was horrible. Literally tasted like flavorless cardboard. I think they even use Rudis or Udis, but it was not good. I might try again, but I was definitely NOT impressed.
