Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I eat Jersey Mikes about once a week or every other week for over a year now. When I ask for the gluten free bread, they ask if it's allergy or preference. I say allergy and they clean the slicer and use all new utensils. They also place my bread on a tray so it doesn't touch anything. I have never got a reaction from them and I'e tried a few different sandwiches.
