Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey mikes has gluten free rolls. When you ask for gluten free, they clean the workspace, cut the roll with separate knife. The meat slicer is cleaned as well. All the sliced vegetables come out of the refrigerator and are not the ones that are used for regular sandwiches ( they try to reduce contamination.) The Mayo and ketsup etc come from a squeeze bottle from the refrigerator as well and not spooned on as with the regular sandwiches. I have a gluten sensitivity so for me this works out well. I do not have Celiac.
