Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Ate here twice while visiting Orlando. The staff was very nice and happy to accommodate. The first time they automatically used a clean slicer in the back and grabbed ingredients from the back after I asked. The second time they had to start over as the woman used the front slicer without cleaning. She said no problem, wiped it down thoroughly and started over. They use a purple tray to identify the allergy sandwich. The line grew as they ensured the area was safe / clean. I thanked them profusely and the cashier said, not a problem, we have a great team here and will catch up quickly. Great experience both times.
