Offer GF sub rolls for all sandwiches. When I mentioned a gluten allergy, they cleaned the slicer, used new utensils, put the sandwich on paper, and put on new gloves. Very knowledgeable about cross contamination. One suggestion - ask them to heat the GF bread before making your sandwich.
