took my allergy very seriously. when I asked the employees to switch gloves and clean the surface because it was a gluten allergy, they told me it would take a couple of extra minutes to properly clean. the employees stopped the sub line to clean everything and make my sandwich to avoid cross contamination. very knowledgeable!

Staff really did a fantastic job of cleaning the work area and machinery before one of our baseball players had his sandwich made.

Awful...cross contaminated the deli meat and the deli meat slicer. When i told them not to make my sub they got mad and told me they were very careful...except they cleaned the bread crumbs then used the same rag to clean the deli slicer. Didn't change gloves before geting meat out of coooler, SOO not that careful.

I use them all over GA and So FL and they are awesome hut is one, you need to pass ot by!

The best experience I’ve had in Christiansburg since being diagnosed. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to wipe down equipment and change gloves. 10:/10 would recommend this location!!!

The people working took my allergy very seriously. She thoroughly cleaned the slicer and counters. Everyone on the line changed their gloves. There is a specific color knife for the gluten free bread which was in its own individual wrapper.
