Not good!! I found out I had allergic to gluten three months ago, and all I’ve wanted since then was an excellent gluten-free sandwich. I loved Jersey mikes Bernie and their gluten-free sub sucks. Also, I worked at in n out for a couple of years and knew how to go about marking and severing food safe, and jerseys mike doesn’t not meet that stander. Be careful

Server wasn't trained, I watched her set my bun on the counter and had to ask for another. Use the same toppings up front for normal sandwiches.
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
