Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

For the first time in over 2 years, I was able to eat an Italian sub! Jersey Mike's gluten free sub bread tasted so much like the real thing (and stayed together!), I couldn't believe it was gluten free.

The staff (especially the manager Anthony) was so incredibly nice and understanding of the precautions needed in preparing food (I.e. Changing gloves without being prompted), it gave me a sense of calm I haven't felt while eating out gluten free.
