Went to this Jersey Mikes today and advised of celiac disease. Everyone on the line stopped, started cleaning everything. Wiped down the slicer, the boards everywhere. All new gloves for everyone. Udis bread, and a new lettuce from the back. They took every precaution and more. It was red carpet treatment. We thanked them over and over. Very accommodating and delicious!

I have been here a million times as they always take great care of me. When I ask for gluten free bread I tell them I am celiac and they will need to change their gloves. They clean the meat/cheese board completely, all change their gloves, and never have my sandwich directly on the board that touches gluten. I am very pleased with this location as it is their policy to do these steps.
Yes
I told them I had a gluten allergy and they said they couldn’t confirm if their meat is GF so I immediately left and went to Jimmy Johns across the street. Will never go back, mostly because of the fact that the people working there didn’t care at all, whether the meat is GF or not.
No
Always great. They do it right

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.
— Not at all
My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
