We frequent this Jersey Mikes a lot. Our son is celiac and we have not had any issues. He used to get the cold sub and we felt bad because it slows down the line because they wipe down slicer etc. but he gets the hot subs now and that doesn’t happen.

Has gluten free bread option for their sandwiches

They do a good job of washing machines and preparing gf subs separately. Son is celiac and we have eaten here a dozen times with no issues.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
