Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff at Jersey Mike’s was great and seemed very knowledgeable when it came to cross contamination and the making of subs. I’m very sensitive to gluten and definitely would’ve know(within an hour and a half or so ) if there was a gluten issue here. I’ve eaten here a number of times and have never had an issue, and I have celiac disease.
