I believe the person who took my order was the supervisor but in any event, I explained that I couldn't eat gluten. He assured me that they will change their gloves, wipe the prep station, and clean the grills. The kitchen is open so even sitting I could hear him repeating to the other employees what to do to keep my food safe. The gluten free bun was delicious - so delicious that I had to tear a piece off for my fiance to try because I couldn't believe it was actually gluten free. I left full and happy, 2 days later and still no issues. I will go back.
