Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

For anyone that doesn't know Jersey Mike's offers booties gluten-free SUB rolls for their sandwiches. They do a great job. When you tell them that your gluten-free they wipe down the countertop and then they put a large piece of paper down underneath your sandwich so it's not cross contaminated. They also change their gloves and use separate knives for cutting. Very very impressed!!
