Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike’s is usually really good about allergies so I didn’t worry too much coming here, but when I told the staff member about my gluten allergy/celiac disease, she looked SO irritated. Trust me, lady, I am WAY more irritated than you are about me being born with an incurable autoimmune disease. I’m hoping her visible irritation didn’t translate to being sloppy with their allergy protocols, but maybe they could train their staff to be a bit more understanding.
