Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

my town's location has started carrying Udi's brand sub sandwich bread! and it's really good! they just started carrying it and asked for a formal review to send to corporate, so it seems to be on a trail period.the loaves are kept in the fridge away from the normal bread and the only the meat balls and the chicken parmesan has gluten, so the slicer is clean. they wipe down the counters when making a gf sandwich. no cross contamination to worry about
