Jersey Mike’s as a chain does well with gluten free. They even advertise their gluten free sandwiches on a poster on their window. When I mentioned a “gluten allergy”, the manager said she’d personally make it, and she took it to the back and used fresh meats and cheeses from the back. The sandwich was so good. After eating at Disneyland for a few days and having fairly good but not filling food, it was SO nice to get something filling. The gf bread comes in regular and giant size, so I ordered a giant Original Italian (which is the equivalent of two regular sandwiches) so I could save it for dinner. I also added two big bags of chips and a drink. Frankly, out of the whole Disney trip, that satisfying sandwich was probably my favorite meal. The bread was good, but I do wish I’d asked for extra “juice” because gf bread tends to be a little dry. Overall, extremely happy. Oh and they also offer a prepackaged gf snickerdoodle.
