Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I am celiac as are my 2 daughters. We have eaten at 4 other Jersey Mike's in the metro detroit area and loved them. This one not only tried to tell me a slicer covered in bread crumbs did not have crumbs, but they argued that wiping the blade was all they could do. We left and drove to another safe Jersey Mike's
