I let them know I have celiac and they prepared my sub at a clean station with clean utensils. The cookies and gluten free bread are a huge plus!! Staff was professional and friendly. Hard to find a place to grab a quick bite, JM is our stop now when heading to the beach.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. All protocols followed such as wiping down counter, and glove change. The person making our sandwiches was exceptionally conscientious when making our order. We enjoyed a cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, turkey and provolone, and italian all on Udi’s rolls (individually prepackaged). As safe as possible for non dedicated.

Asked if I had gluten allergy or just preference when ordering my sub. The employee cleaned the station and slicer and changed gloves without my request. I did skip the Mayo as I feared cross contamination from the knife/dipping but I had no issues with my food!

Fantastic! I told them that I have celiac, they knew exactly what that meant and took all of the precautions to ensure a gluten free sub! Such a relief to have a place that cares so much!

The best experience I’ve had in Christiansburg since being diagnosed. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to wipe down equipment and change gloves. 10:/10 would recommend this location!!!

The people working took my allergy very seriously. She thoroughly cleaned the slicer and counters. Everyone on the line changed their gloves. There is a specific color knife for the gluten free bread which was in its own individual wrapper.
