Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I was encouraged to see that the shop now offered a gluten free bun. I was also hopeful that the bun would be better quality than the Udi’s hotdog and hamburger buns. Unfortunately, this is just a large version of these other dismal buns. The staff was thoughtful and changed gloves and took precautions against contamination so they rate a 5. The bun however crumbled like a dry sand castle (with similar taste). After one bite there was just a big pile of meat and tomatoes and I had to finish with a knife and fork - leaving the “sand pile” in the trash.
