Jersey Mike's Subs

I was so pleased. My sub was made in front of me, server asked me to stay and watch. It was made on a new tray ( not counter)with new paper, a new knife ( color coded handle) , server changed gloves. The gluten free sub bread was tasty and I had my roast beef and provolone sub made Mike’s way. No reaction.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
