So good—staff were so careful and cleaned all equipment after I advised them I have a severe gluten allergy. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here! i was travelling on a busy Sunday during a long weekend and Jersey Mike’s was slammed — despite that, when I informed them of my gluten allergy they sanitized all the surfaces, equipment and changed their gloves. I felt fine after eating. I really appreciate that they did this!

Planned to get a cold sub with GF bread based on older reviews but was told they are unable to clean the work surface, change gloves, or do anything to avoid cross contamination. 2 other people in line and middle of the weekday.

They have udi’s GF bread on the menu. The staff took 5 minutes to wash everything and pull out new ingredients for lettuce and onions to avoid cross contact. They were very understanding and kind even with the long line!

Every time I am on a layover in LA, I always stop for food at this Jersey Mike’s. They always have gluten free bread in stock, and will always hold the line to wipe down the table/ equipment and change their gloves. I am so appreciative, they have always been so reliable for an airport food stop.

It was busy at the airport (per usual) and when I told them that I had celiac and needed gluten free, they took about 5 minutes to clean all of their equipment and space before preparing my food! They changed out their gloves and grabbed new utensils! Even with a long line, they made sure to keep my sandwich safe! They couldn’t prepare a hot sandwich due to the grill not being safe but I enjoyed my cold sandwich!! I am super sensitive and didn’t get sick!

Very happy with the service. They don’t have a dedicated space to make gf sandwiches like most jersey mike’s locations, but when I said it was for celiac they took the time to wipe everything down, change gloves, and put paper down on the cutting boards, even though there was a long line of customers. Highly recommend

Not Celiac Safe. They have gluten free bread and the potential to do it right, but they would need to use all fresh, uncontaminated ingredients. To be fair, this is at an airport, so they are very busy and working in a small space...

I asked if they could make a gluten-free sandwich as I saw the previous review on find me gluten-free. They said they had UDI's rolls. They cut the meat on a different slicer. They put the meat on the bread in a different section of the restaurant. This was in the airport. Then brought it over on a special gluten-free wrapper the counter was cleaned the gloves were changed they made my sandwich the way I asked. I did not ask for Mayo is that seem to have just a big knife that was touching all bread products. The sandwich was tasty. I asked them to put the oil and vinegar on the bread as well as the sandwich meat and fixings as we all know GF bread can be a little dry.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly about handling a gluten allergy - happily changed their gloves, had the kitchen clean their knife, and used extra sheets of paper to keep my sandwich from coming into contact with glutened surfaces. Gave it 4 stars because they use Udis buns that are really dry, even if you do it “mikes way” with vinegar and oil. Maybe next time I’ll do a salad. Still remains to be seen if I’ll get sick or not, but impressed with the care taken by the staff!
The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
