Jerusalem Shawarma

Jerusalem Shawarma is a chain restaurant/take out place that serves a typical selection of Shawarma wraps and plates. The plates are easy to make gf, though the menu doesn’t specifically say gf - just ensure the salad doesn’t include pita chips. They used to claim to have a gf fryer (so gf falafel, which was so good!), but they fry their pita chips now so I no longer trust the fryers. Food is good but what you receive via delivery is extremely inconsistent so if you’re sensitive, I’d either order in person, or take a pass on this place.
