The flavors of their food were simply amazing. The wood fire grill and I am guessing the fryer are not dedicated GF, so wood fired items and marinades are not GF. The fryer has cross contamination.

My son had the Conchinita e Pibil and I had the Mayan Posole. We also shared the Carne e Papas. My gut is bothering me and I am guessing it is from the potatoes that were fried for the Papas and the fried Yucca strings on top. That being said my Posole and the Conchinita should be safe. Either way, the food was amazing and I’d go back and simply ask more questions.
