Gluten-free menu available, not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen but after we told the server we needed gluten-free he said he told the kitchen and that they would change gloves, etc. to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. According to the server all the barbecue sauces are gluten-free (listed on the GF menu under Amazing Slow Smoked Wings.)
