Jethro's

Prior to going to the restaurant I called and spoke to the manager. I verified that the hamburger without the bun was gluten free and I inquired about their cooking oil. I was told they always have a dedicated fryer just for fries. I of course told my waitress that I have food allergies and she was very understanding and helpful. She told me that she understood how serious it is because her roommate has them also. I was able to enjoy a nice afternoon out with a non-celiac friend and I was able to enjoy athe burger and fries (this is rare in my area...for someone who has celiac disease). Never had any issues getting sick so I will definitely go back again.
