Food was fantastic! Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating I’m celiac. I didn’t get sick. Menu is clearly marked gluten free and they have an additional food allergy menu. I ordered pulled chicken bbq, red vinegar sauce that comes with it, baked beans, Cole slaw, naked but loaded baked potato, sweet tea. Was fantastic!

Service was horrible. Quality & quantity for the price was sub-par. They had limited knowledge of cross contamination. We won't be back.

Waiter was not knowledgeable about GF options and had to keep going back and forth to get questions answered. Fryer is not dedicated. GF options not indicated on menu. We were given an extensive spreadsheet listing all the food allergens in each menu item so a lot of back and forth research. Followed by being told fryer wasn’t dedicated so GF fried items weren’t GF after all. We managed a meal and hope it was safe but we will not bother coming back.
Great food. Had options for gluten free meals and sided.
Yes
Had the pulled pork, potato salad and Cole slaw. Fryer is not dedicated so chips and fries are not celiac safe. Overall, waitress and food were fantastic.

Ate here with no problems! Our server (I think her name was Hillary) was sweet as pre and when out of her way to accommodate me. Ordered pulled pork, mashed taters (no gravy), baked beans, and collards thinking I'd take some to go for later but it was so good I ate every bite!

Awesome BBQ!! They only have 2 sauces, but they complement the meat perfectly (tomato based with a hint of spice or habanero). I got the baked beans and fries. Both were delicious!!! Don’t get the fries if you are sensitive to fryer contamination. Also make sure to ask them to hold the cornbread because it is NOT gluten free.

Great place to eat!! I am GF and DF and have plenty to choose from.
Our favorite BBQ place! A little on the pricy side, but it is soooo good. The ONLY place even remotely close to me that has gluten free BBQ (and I live an hour away). We don't get to eat here much, but when we're in Concord, we usually come here. Staff is always friendly and the food is great.
Went here Friday before a concert. Decided on the half chicken with potato salad and bbq beans. Let me just say that the chicken is absolutely amazing. The best place I had ever had chicken was Texas Roadhouse. But I'd say they definitely have some competition. The chicken was so moist that it was falling off the bone. It's melt in your mouth good. My husband really loves their burgers. He says they're the best he's ever had.
Do beware that everything listed as GF on their menu actually isn't. If you have Celiac, stay away from the fries and chips. They are listed as GF, but they're cooked in a shared fryer. The potato salad is really good, and their bbq beans have chunks of pulled pork in them. Yum!
Love coming here!
Like it was said before, a little spicy but good. Waitress knew all about GF

The best. No problems or worries here for me.
Excellent meal. The pulled pork is most and cooked to perfection. Staffs is friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Definitely going to come back on our next trip.
Great food. The meats were well cooked and flavorful. They gave us the list of things that contain gluten and they were all obvious items like buns, flour tortillas, etc. One disappointment is the potato chips and tortilla chips are done in a shared frier. Will definitely go back. Especially because kid meal was great price - $3 with drink so we got our 6 year old a double portion and they charge d $5. now they just need to create gf cheese biscuits and desserts.
Odd but when you ask for a gf menu they bring a fairly short list of things that are NOT gluten free and supposedly everything else is safe. Tasty !

I was hopeful to get a new restaurant that had “gluten friendly” options, but sadly I had a reaction here. I’m not celiac but still pretty sensitive to gluten. I ordered the Brisket Chili and Coleslaw. When I asked to have “gluten allergy” placed on the order for the kitchen to be aware, they didn’t seem to know how to handle this request. The customer service was great and everyone was very nice, but would not recommend going if you have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity. ☹

This place is great - Gluten free are marked on the menu. They also have a warning in the menu that the GF items are prepared in a kitchen shared with wheat and cross contamination could occur.
The waitstaff is knowledge able and the kitchen worked with us.

My husband really loves barbecue, and with this location having gluten-free items displayed on their menu; I thought we would try this place. I noticed that they have outside seating and a bar inside. They bring cheese muffins out when you are seated. I ordered 2 appetizers, a soup and salad, and a potatoe. For some reason, all the food came out at once while I had sat waiting, watching my husband eat the yummy biscuits that I couldn't eat. The food was delicious, but I was frustrated that they brought all the food out at once and didn't even bring the appetizers out as the appetizer. Next time I am in Hiram, we will try this again and maybe I will get to try the barbecue.
